Grammar Lesson 1 (Part 3)

THE SENTENCE

Welcome back boys ! 
I know, some of you must be in a holiday mood and some anxious to know more about this topic.

I think you'll agree with me when I say: "Let's get ready for the class to begin." Yes!
So now, before we proceed further, let's recall what you have learnt from this topic.

You are able to:
# categorize the four types of sentences.
# construct sentences showing instructions, commands, strong feelings.
# determine the punctuation mark in a given sentence.

Do you have your homework ready
Can you identify the type of the above sentence? Give the answer in your comment. Right!


Now , after watching this video, you all must be very clear about the type of sentences and their use.

A.2. This exercise contains more than one example for each kind.You can add on to your own                      sentence.

         i) I can do the sum easily.
        ii) He has reached home safely.

     c) Exclamatory

      d) Interrogative
          i) Are you ready to go ?
         ii) Where do you want to go ?

             10. Didn't you feel scared at that strange sight ?

NOTE : Please check the answers and do the corrections,wherever necessary.
